Global BOM Settings

The Global Book of Memories section allows you to set up your preferences for all BOM's (records) created.

Navigate to Main > Book of Memories > Global BOM Settings.

We have made some updates to our BOM themes so some of these do not apply anymore. Only these features are ones you should go through:

Publish New Records to Web: select "yes" if you want a record to automatically push to the website once saved.
Photo/Story/Condolence Approval System: select "yes" if you want to approve any of these items before they push to the BOM.
Show Birth/Death Date: you can show or hide these dates.
Show Middle Name.Place of Death/Interment: you can show or hide this information.
Comments on Condolences: if "enabled", people can comment on any condolence messages.
Order of Events: the default will show by Service, Visitation, then Reception. If you choose chronological, it will order by date.
Show Final Resting Place: you can show or hide this information.
Menu DOB/DOD and Service Details Date: choose which format you would like displayed.
Photo Frame Images: there are 3 options
